Default critical battery and direct land is 10% by default...wonder if you had a fast drop of percentage like someone else did in the forums and it went from 22 to 10 in an instant. Sorry to hear about the crash.

Now real 'crash' per say...just a bit tipsy. According to the remote, there was still 22% after it was on the ground.

I have no problems with the new firmware update.
