Mission option is crashing

Lately when attempting to go to the mission option, in explorer, explorer crashes. It started after I loaded the new beta version of explorer. Since the I have deleted the beta version and returned to the previous public version. How can I resolve this?

Try uninstalling the application again, then erasing all the data that may be lying on the smartphone or tablet with the keywords "Autel" then "Explorer". Erase them drastically.
Turn off your smartphone then turn it back on.
Then redo a clean installation of Explorer.
I think there is data from the Beta version that has remained and is interfering with the Evo1 version. (Explorer Evo1 / 2 no longer has the same mission system).

Will the flight records be deleted?

Synchronize your flights in the cloud to save them on them.
Then after the re-installation, you re-synchronize yourself on the cloud to recover them.
On what type of missions do you have the problem?
