Magnétic interférences not solved !!

hello everyone ..
Since 15 day, each flight is more and more complicated, the compass disconnects.
I continually have a message of magnetic interference ...
i have my X-star (wifi) since 9 month, no crash, no accident, no nothing !!!!
i send a message to Autel support !
this is a response from Andrew !
Have you attempted to reset the Wifi on your unit? This can be done by toggle the flight mode switch about 7 times when the controller and drone are powered on. The controller will beep once it resets. See if this gives you better results.

I almost can not fly ....
I continually have a message of magnetic interference ...

Could you help me, with a photo or vidéo, to explain to me this part more comprehensive !!

I wouldn't put her up to high or to far away till you get it resolved

What device are you using with the starlink app? Some people have said if you have a LG device the new Starlink app gives nothing but magnetic interference. Can you try a different device to make sure it is not your phone or tablet causing the problem?

Thanks but even in flying without tablet or smartphone is the same problém !!! even in the midle of knowere ..
After 9 months it's anormal !!!

Why is it so sensitive to magnetic interference.
On the forums, I am told that it comes from tablets or smartphones ..
Or the sun, or the Moon, or the Cow Phut, and why not the CIA, or the American Satellites, we never know, or big Brother ...
I paid my drone almost 1000 dollars, with customs fees ...
I did not know when I bought it, that you would not sell your drones in Europe.
And that now, I would have no help and no support!
Yesterday I could not fly, it was going in all directions !!
If I send you back, that will cost me a fortune in tax and customs fees!
Please help me ..... I like this X-STAR and its Extraordinary camera ...
I feel alone in my country.
I wanted to help you to know you in France, and in Europe, because I will travel a lot ..
Andrew you are my last ?? i don't know the Word in English..

Since you got no beep from the controller, I'm guessing the WiFi did not reset.
Maybe if someone has a X-star WiFi, they might know more about it.

This is the switch to toggle back and forth. It is #14 on the controller in the manual.

NOTE To reset the WiFi video link, toggle the Flight Mode Switch back and forth quickly for at least 4 times. The remote controller will make a beep sound when the WiFi SSID and password have been reset to the default values.

I would try moving the switch both ways first, then test it. Then just left or just right and test again. Then the other way and test again... hope it helps!!!!
 
Most of the toggling for controllers is a full 3 position toggle. Meaning you have to toggle it fully for at least 4 times according to the manual but could end up being more. This is why Autel probably said 7 times just to make sure.
 
Francis, I suggest that you upgrade your firmware to the new beta firmware. It's supposed to help eliminate magnetic interference issues and also makes the drone fly better.
