Hi MrRobert. I lost my machine - same model - in forest recently in Ecuador. I thought the pictures were only transferred to the microSD card on board! Your post sounds promising. I too would like to try this with my MacPro. Would you be so kind as to send me any Mac instructions you may have found? Thank you, Bruce.Thank you GFields, I'll try that, would it work on Mac too?
Hi GFields,
- Connect the USB-A port of a PC to the USB-C port of the remote controller
- Go to Settings > Connected devices > USB > USB preferences > File Transfer
- An RCPad icon should appear on the computer
- Copy the address This PC\RCPad\Internal shared storage\Android\data\com.autel.enterprise\files
Thank you. I don’t have a PC. Can I transfer them to my MacBook Pro. Just connect a cord with Male USB-C on both ends and voila? You are correct. However, low-resolution images are stored on the mobile device or smart controller so long has the cache settings are correct. If so, you can connect your mobile device to PC and transfer images.
