will live deck support wireless evo video saved on my laptop?
In other words is it ONLY for live feeds from the drone and not a tool for recorded video presentations?

Correct. Live Deck allows you to broadcast your live feed from the drone unto another device. You cannot broadcast a video on your pc elsewhere.
