"Live" and "Voiceover"

Can anyone give me some guidance on what the Live and Voiceover switches in the General settings do ?
I turn them on and off and don't see any changes to anything.

"Live" gives you RTMP server settings to stream live video. "Voiceover" I think means the voice alerts, (i.e. "Controller and phone disconnected.") but I have never played with it.
