Yep, that's about it for now. Some expert said this was on about a 100 year cycle, that this is the way it was back when the French or Spanish came there. So, I guess in a hundred years I'll be able to fish there again.

Some property owner down island isn't going to have property for long....holy cow. The house is almost in the water. I suppose that where all the sand under the pier came from.

Hey, I see oil rigs in the near distance. You think that little angry bird of yours could do an orbiting or waypoint mission over there after you catch your quota of sandollars? Probably less than a mile. Don't forget your Get'rback. Could be an awesome video.

They are oil and gas rigs, but that would make me extremely nervous flying out there.

There's an old civil war fort down at the east end of the island, might fly around down there one day.

I'll bet sunset shots from the island would be awesome! Going to an island myself in a couple months and will definitely be getting some aerial sunsets.

If we could have hung around a little longer I would have got a few. If I think about it one morning, I want to try to get a sunrise coming up over Mobile bay. I live just a couple of miles from it.
