I recently got fishing wire twisted up between the propellers and the motor such that the propeller assembly can’t be removed as it can’t be pushed down to unlock.

Any suggestions?

Removing the motor might help, but I haven’t found any instructions or videos explaining how to properly remove a motor.

Thanks for any help provided.

Yeah, it would be nice to have a service manual available for these drones, at least covering basic repairs such as broken arms, replacing motors, etc. If it were me, I'd get out a fresh Exacto knife blade and a pair of tweezers, then start cutting and pulling. Just like cleaning my wife's hair out of the vacuum cleaner brush. And if that didn't work, then I'd start taking things apart. I wish you the best getting your bird back into the air.
