Interesting video from Autel. I hope they keep it up. What intrigues me is the comment about only entering the initial part of DT but not proceeding. Watch the video then read the comments.

Doh didn't see it. But is my understanding correct that just going through the first part of setting up DT, does that mean you don't have to be at the minimum 33 from height? If it wasn't raining I'd try it myself.

Just tried it. The shots turn up amazing. I forgot to switch to h.264 so I cant process the video on my pc, but I started at 2 feet and kept in focus all the way to 100 feet (max altitude allowed by FAA in my office area) while panning and circling my target. Can't wait to get home and see if it works on my Phantom. Probably tomorrow. 15min to sunset and my batteries need charging.

That's awesome so... you can perform a Dynamic Track without getting up to the required min height. Too cool. Sounds like a bug, but a very cool bug. I hope they leave it in place.

I doubt they will make a video of a bug. Perhaps the req is for when you start the dynamic track.q
