I purchased a I phone 11 thinking it would be great with my x star premium but then when I went to fly today to record our parade an the camera footage on my phone was all choppy an lagging please help I don’t know what’s going on

This is just a guess on my part but since you are using a X-Star then the App does not get updated anymore when a Apple updates there operating system or phones. I am guessing what ever iOS is running on your new phone is not compatible with the App anymore.
Like I said its just a guess on my part as I gave up Apple crap a long time ago.
