I just inadvertently purchased an EVO Lite+ from Autelpilot.com. Should I be worried?

I purchased this month a Autel Evo Lite Plus premium package from Autelpilot online and other than it saying shipping label created and no tracking at UPS other than label created it showed up in 2 days to Tennessee. Was shipped out of Kentucky to me. Why the UPS tracking didn't work I don't know but I couldn't be happier with Autelpilot service. I even went back and ordered some accessories a week later and they showed up fine USPS.
I would buy again and also I bought the Autel Care when I first fired up the controller and everything registered.

I have ordered with autelpilot.eu but, it was supposed to be shipped within 24 hours, this was 7 days ago ( 5 business days), nothing has been sent, when i email them i get evading answers that they send it asap, but so far they have sent nothing. I am verry worried.
