How Long Do EVO Batteries Hold their Charge?

I have a different question along the same lines.
Already own 5 batteries from the initial BB purchase of the rugged package that included the on the go package. I did actually use them all one day shooting vids for our churches VBS but I dont see that happening again anytime in the near future.
I may be forced to spend the "free" $ I got back in points by the end of the month and I'm weighing the possibility of getting another on the go bundle. The question is if I did it how can i keep them as new as possible. The way I would think is to follow Autels guidelines about the 3 month thing. BUT, how much life will I lose over say a year or more. In other words how long will a battery keep "fresh" sitting around with a cycle every 3 months.
It's weird that BB doesnt sell any of the Autel accessories and the price of the on the go bag is $50 over Amazon AND Autels own list. I left Autel a message about this yesterday and havent heard back yet. Yes you can get them to match the price but it shouldn't be listed way over manufacturers list.

Personally, unless you expect to fly more than the 5 batteries you already own consecutively, off the grid, I wouldn't buy any more. 5 should be plenty! You can also start recharging the batteries immediately after they cool down, after removal, even if only in your car. Any additional batteries will just degrade over time. Lipo batteries start dying on the date of manufacture, not the date of first use. Buy something else!

Do you leave them to cool before charging? You are killing them faster if you try to charge while hot.

Good point. Yes, I allow them to cool before charging. Edited original post above to reflect allowing cooling before charging. If too hot when placed on the charger, they normally won't charge anyway. However, with 5 batteries, one should be able to start charging the first battery after inserting the third battery, and continuing that process after each successive battery swap.
