How good is signal strength in CE areas for the lite or the nano

Hi all
After selling my DJI air 2 I am now deciding between the nano and lite +. Can anyone tell me how good the signal strength is in CE countries. I am from the UK. Like most people I hate getting signal drop outs . My other question is can these 2 drones be flown using an iPad mini . Is there a simple s shape hook needed to be able to use a tablet

In CE mode, I was able to fly out my Nano+ to 5km and back with no disconnections. Not recommended, landed at 3%. Also, no wind that day and far from cities
