I'm hoping to be in Toronto in August with my Evo Ii, subject C19. Are there restrictions about flying around Niagara Falls?

Having lived in Buffalo for several decades, I can answer this.... the area around Niagara Falls is an international border. Before CoVid and before 9/11, this has always been a no fly zone. The only ones getting close, will be the authorized helicopter tours, or LEOs... the tour operators have specific rules regarding the conditions they fly under, as well as new restrictions that will be implemented covering CoVid.
