Yea, I saw that -- I'm gonna have to discretely find out more, if I can... I have a good friend that's worked there for many years. They are very secretive, and punish leakers. Heck, they punish expression of thought in internal emails (they legally read), that doesn’t agree with the cabal called the Leadership Team. They have so much money, and such loose management, they fund all kinds of crazy overlapping things -- most never see the light of day. They can afford to make little or no money on entire product lines (Pixel Phone, Google Cloud, Google+, Google Site Search, Picasa -- it's a long list).

They could get the 1st license and not have any idea how to make money with it. They're drunk on Ad revenue (86% of 2018 profits), and to quote my friend: "Haven't a clue how to do much else...." LOL
