Does anybody have an example of a case/backpack setup with their Thor mount in it?

I’d go Apache 4800 from harbor freight and make your own. I think it’s the 4800, I have the 3800 and it fits what I need but couldn’t fit Thor mount. That’s my 3800 setup

I don't know if this is correct or not, but I read that an FAA change says the registration number must (as of end of Feb) be visible and cannot be in the battery compartment.

Correct. As of Feb 25 that will be the case. All the post above were made prior to that date.

Since I am involved in commercial pilots forums and such. I constantly keep getting notifications about this. I also go to the www.faa.gov webpage and read the news there. Gotta keep up to date in order not to lose my Remote Pilot Certification.
