Evo Lite 640t

I purchased an evo lite 640t enterprise from amazon.."autel official" authorized seller. I received it charged it up and turned it on. Immediately asked for update so I updated both rc and aircraft. Update stalled at 98% and seemed to complete a few minutes later. After update unable to pair. Rc firmware is incorrect. Customer service asked for some logs which I sent and they sent new firmware. Followed the steps and now it just says "this is the latest version". Smart controller v2 se I believe. Anyone else have this issue or more importantly a solution? They want me to send the tar files again which im about to do but I just dont see that chamhing anything. Found a few threads but no solutions. Texas, USA.

Are you trying it over the air, or from an sd card?

From an sd card. Was able to get the aircraft to accept the update but the controller will not. It acknowledges the update on the controller only to display "update failed error code 10011". SD card in a usb adapter

Very frustrating I'm sure. Are you using the latest firmware? Just released on the twelfth of this month.

I've found the dedicated Enterprise phone support line to be quick to answer: 844-460-0454. When I had an update issue some months ago they set me up.
