Evo 2 Pro V2 Altitude Asent Velocity

In the settings there is a way to set both assent and decent velocity. I have been successful with Decent buy when I try and set the assent velocity, it will not change from the minimum. Why?

I use precision flight to control my Vertical speeds works for both ascending and descending. work it helps

This is a general setting... Not while using an intelligent mode.
