Error switching from video to photos

Hi pilots..I have the evo 2 pro v1 and I have the 2.7.25 firmware ,and when I try to switch from video to photos while I am flying it can’t reply to the order..it is reply only after 20-25 sec ..I tried to insert beta firmware 2.7.30 but I have the same problem ..after that I tried to do it manually through sd card..I downgraded it in 2.7.25 but the rec has the new beta…any solution about this?

having the same problem and it about ruined a video shoot i was on. i have also had an issue with the video recording. It is only recording short 4-5 min video even though i did not shut off the video record. this issue happen at the last firm ware upgrade. as usual tech support acts like its only me having this issue.
