Damaged Battery Warning. I included a picture of the battery screen. Is it really damaged? Or still good to go.

Sent a message to Reidman...hoping for a fix. Otherwise, a new battery is $80 from Autel or $60 for a refurb.

Hi Guys there is a way around the battery imbalance issue . I removed the balance wires to the cells and put in resisters to create a voltage divider that never deviates and shows
cells always balanced. The main voltage still drops but cells are never out if balance as far as the circuit is concerned

That's an interesting 'work-around'. A photo or schematic would be nice to see. What value resisters did you use? I've opened one of my batteries and saw that getting to the wires would not be an easy task. I just wonder if this prevents the circuit from actually trying to balance charge the cells. You can balance charge them by fully charging the battery as normal on the charger then after all the battery lights go out (while still connected to the charger) press and hold in the battery button for a few seconds to turn on the battery and force the charger to charge further. This appears to force a balance charge. I have revived my 'Damaged Batteries' using this method and now I can fly 15 to 18 minutes on them even though they previously indicated Damaged and the motors would not even start up.

Its the x-star battery but should be similar
I removed the cells and use an external battery

I ended up using 200 ohm resistor
Just put them where the cells would normally connect . The circuit should see a balanced voltage devider

Hi guys im new here, i have the same problem like @davshev , irronically im hust buying these stuff 3 months ago but this happen. I put my proof on the attachment
