has anyone been able to get in touch with customer service for Autel. I understand that resources are limited due to the pandemic. However, i originally submitted a help ticket and received a quick response. after a couple of back and forth emails, they sent me a shipping slip to send in my Xstar for repair. its been 3 weeks and i have not got a reply to 2 of my follow up emails/new tickets to check on the status.
 
I recommend calling their customer service line during their 7-days a week working hours and they will be able to check on the status of your repair ticket. Have your ticket number/case ID handy when you call in.

They are a bit short staffed and as with most companies, they've had to make some operational changes due to COVID that put a quirk in operational efficiencies.
