Can’t pair after Firmware update

I just did a firmware update on my EVO II 640T V3. I believe it completed correctly as I waited over 20 min, and the LEDs were all solid green. Problem is I lost my pairing with the remote, which I also updated to the latest version as well. So I believe all the pieces are now at the correct firmware version, but the aircraft will not pair with the remote no matter what I try. Any other suggestions?

i had the same issue..

dont worry!! it didnt take 100% the first time.. re do the update from the start and you should be good to go..

and FYI..
mine restarted the drone without completing the update so it was incomplete, call it a fluke, 1 in 100000 i guess!!

once i restarted the update, exactly as the first time.. everything went well, and paired itself just like before.. as of nothing had happened..

Thank you for your reply. I had tried reapplying the update several times on the aircraft. Each time it looks like it completed correctly, but yet the controller and the aircraft don't see each other. I sent a mail to autel support to see if they can offer any guidance.

hmmm..
not sure whats goin on there, did you try to do the update using a SD card? or over the air?

i dont remember why, but i went straight to SD card to eliminate any possibility of errors using wifi, and had to do it twice..

i can only say good luck, they have been on point with me when i needed them for this same issue and for a gimbal issue, but like you, i retried and completed the update before they replied, but be patient, diff time zones, other cust issues, plus its a weekend, so they're not going to see it till monday at some point reading thru the list of emails they got over the weekend..

who knows.. they do tend to take a while to reply..
