Button not released - The gimbal is not ready, do not fly

Hi, please help me. On the screen I see "Button not released" How to solve the problem? Calibration didn't help, Firmware rewrite didn't help either, although I tried atleast 7 times and with a different battery. The menu shows that everything is fine, except that it shows ''The gimbal is not ready, do not fly''

Maybe I should try to contact the warranty store in my country where I bought the drone? although I live in Europe and there is no authorized Autel robotic service in my country, or is it better to write to [email protected] right away?

Phoned Autel support - Jess at Autel was helpful, she was not familiar w/ this but ran me through stick calibration procedure... warning message "button not released" gone.

Sounds like a case of having the wrong person writing the warning messages. I hope this fixes @efkyto 's problem as well.

Hi, I'm sorry I didn't write what the problem is. I don't use the back buttons, so I only noticed later that the button is stucked. I have no idea why he's stuck because I haven't been dropped it on the ground. The photo backpack could not squeezed out it as well.

I haven't solved this problem yet, I've been chating autel robotic support for a few months, hopefully the warranty or insurance for the drone will fix it... What do you think guys?

If you look at the photo of his controller.... he has a physical button stuck on the back. Its gonna either take some mechanical persuasion or a trip to the repair center.
