Broken Gimbal

I recently picked up a x star premium and it has a broken camera on the gimbal. Do I have to have it replaced to fly my drone because I cant get the drone to pair with my controller.

Have you tried removing the camera/gimbal assembly and trying to pair your controller? If camera is broken, could be sending errors to XSP main board. Just a guess...

Having the camera on or off does not effect pairing. Follow this video and if it still will not pair then you have other issues that only Autel can help with.

XSP’s fly just fine w/o the camera & gimbal attached, I’ve done it a few times. Try both methods of pairing, w/App, then if no luck w/o the App. One of them should work...
