Battery Hub Issue

For some reason my hub doesn't seem to be charging the batteries which is a first for me. I actually got a replacement evo 2 pro yesterday and updated the firmware on the two new batteries first and then afterwards just put them on the hub. The hub light was blue at first and put them on last night around 5pm....woke up this morning all 3 batteries were still flashing like nothing happened and zero progress was made. Then I unplugged the hub and plugged back in and switched the hub to green and it seems like the same thing. What the heck is going on?!? Thanks.

Apparently not. I think this replacement came with a faulty charger. Autel is next daying me another one since I have a big job this weekend. Kind of sucks!
