Battery Damaged

Battery issue???
I was so shocked today when I saw the popup message saying THE BATTERY IS DAMAGED, REPLACE WITH ANOTHER ONE. THE AIRCRAFT IS COMING HOME...
This battery is like new. Only 38 times discharged. Always charged same time with the other two. Never discharged to too low voltage.
Are batteries covered by the 2 years Warranty?
What to do in such situations?
Please help!

I would file a warranty claim and I would take screenshots of the error and a screenshot of how many times it has been recharged. But good luck getting any actual support; I've heard very mixed results.

Welcome to Autel. All four of my EVO 1 batteries have failed that way. Voltages are fine, less than 40 flights and about 1.5 years old. Autel sold me some refurbished batteries. Fool me once.
