The official version is 2.7.35.
What do you mean RC not functioning? Does not power on? Does not link to drone?
If you need help be more specific, if we tell you : WE HAVE A CAR!...can you guess the car type and color?

La versión oficial es la 2.7.35.
¿Qué quiere decir que RC no funciona? ¿No enciende? ¿No se vincula con el dron?
Si necesitas ayuda sé más específico, si te decimos: ¡TENEMOS COCHE!... ¿puedes adivinar el tipo de coche y el color?

Disculparme por no tener cuidado al explicar , lo que pasa que mi control no responde para nada se apago y ya no responde solo se escucha que el ventilador funciona la pantalla no se ve nada y ningun boton funciona osea esdto se apago y ya no prende , le agradeceria que me oriente muchas gracias .

seems that you made a firmware update and restarted to early, as the controller was updating...
Never had this issue....if the remote is not coupling to drone, is damaged and probably need to be sent to Autel.
If you power up the drone and the remote, what lights appears on drone? how they blink? red? green? yellow?

parece que hiciste una actualización de firmware y reiniciaste temprano, ya que el controlador se estaba actualizando...
Nunca tuve este problema... si el control remoto no se acopla al dron, está dañado y probablemente deba enviarse a Autel.
Si enciende el dron y el control remoto, ¿qué luces aparecen en el dron? como parpadean? ¿rojo? ¿verde? ¿amarillo?

MUCHAS GRACIAS POR TU RESPUESTA PARECE QUE DAÑO EL CONTROL LO ESTOY MANDANDO TODO EL DRON A LA COMPAÑIA AUTEL ERES MUY GENTIL .
