Another very good experience with Autel service.
This company is kicking *** with their service policies and procedures... what a pleasure!
Called and had a return authorization and a 2 day shipping label within 15 min.
The EVO was diagnosed and I was notified.. early... on the day it was received by them!! I authorized the repair (warranty) and it was completed and shipped back 2nd day air all at no charge.
 
what was the problem you had with your Evo?
I was getting VERY slow acquisition of satellites. It would take 3 minutes at times to get enough to get into "GPS" Mode...This was all in the same test area (my driveway) and was never that long...They diagnosed a bad flight board and repaired it under warranty...

O I C... glad that's all squared away now... Autel is the best with the level of their customer service! How can we give them a 5 star?!
