Autel se remote

I've a Autel 2 v3 with the SE controller,,, Instruction for it on functions and how to, I don't think are very good. After updating remote and drone. I can no longer swipe down screen and see battery levels on remote and drone or swipe up.
How do I fix this ?
Also there can be multiple screens in back ground open, How do I close them ??
This is a great drone but some of these features I'm not familiar with and haven't figured out how to yet.

This is a great drone but some of these features I'm not familiar with and haven't figured out how to yet.

To close the background apps, Do a very slight swipe up to see the arrow, circle and square. Press the square and you can scroll left or right to see the open apps. To close, swipe up on the app you don't want open. As for swiping down, I've never used that feature but will check it out next time I fly.
