On April 25, Autel filed a new lawsuit against DJI alleging infringement on two Autel patents:

A 7-day jury trial for the original DJI lawsuit (Delaware) has now been scheduled for 6/10/2019. As of today, this lawsuit has been in the works for 642 days.

At least we know the lawyers have been busy:)

Pretty cool. I find it amazing that so many DJI 'fanpersons' attack Autel for copying DJI. Take a look at this video about the history of DJI and see that DJI actually copied other manufacturers.

Very interesting lawsuit. Autel has the patent for “Automatic Planning and Regulation of the Speed of Autonomous Vehicles” & Counter-rotational prop locking? Doesn’t every quad copy these features?? Agustine, I trust you’d know more about this than most, :D

Just think, if DJI wins, Autel may have to stop producing X-Stars!!:( Oh, that's right, never mind...
