Like many now days applications, build into the app itself. This OfCourse besides the explorer app manual and countless instruction video's on Autels official youtube channel.

Yeah they used to do Flight Deck videos, 5 years ago, not anymore. Explorer APP doc is insufficient or non-existent. Most other YouTube videos are done by influencers and most lack any detail. What is the url for the "Official Autel Youtube site" ??

So, it begs the question, why doesn't any of this make it into their documentation? The first url for anything 1 year or younger are re: the MAX and the Dragonfish adds. The second url does contain some instruction. If that is to be how they document why don't they link to them on their web site or in their documentation? No reference to any of their firmware updates with fixes and/or features are covered at all. Bottom line, their documentation is in need of a lot of work.

Because it simply isn't a modern standard anymore. Apps are designed self-explanatory and firmware updates are documented in detail.

So, the problem is with "modern standards". Wonder what "Fixed other know issues" documents.?? The modern standard seems to accept whatever they do is alright with me and I should not appear to be critical or seek improvement to their "standard". Not asking for more/better presumes the continuation of sub-standard delivery. You are clearly easily satisfied by any lame effort they make.
