A rock hit my drone

Don't ask why, but I am pretty sure a rock hit my drone, and it fell to the ground (maybe 40 feet). Everything looks intact- no cracked blades, camera is ok, just a little dusty. I turn the battery on and it goes up to 4 bars, but it will not connect to my controller. What do I need to do to figure out what is wrong?
