Hey guys..

just a quick question, can you shut off the front and rear nav lights on the 4T and fly dark? like on the Evo II V3?

i appreciate it guys... thanks for chiming in...

im headed towards upgrading my evo II v3 to a max4t and the "stealth" mode is important for the game monitoring work i do for the municipality..

be safe guys!!

Yeah, the neat part about it is you can set it up so the strobe on top still works to be legal, but when you start recording the arm lights go off. It's pretty nice.

thanks for replying brother, but turns out i wont be upgrading, i need the live view system during fire watch and municipality work so no one hovers behind my shoulder looking at the screen..

besides, its awesome streaming live view thru HDMI to a 65" tv..

but unfortunately, its not compatible with the 4T yet,..

maybe in the future....

There is an HDMI port on the 4T remote, while I haven't used it yet we were planning on mounting a TV in the back of my patrol truck to give deputies the ability to watch without hovering over my shoulder. Perhaps someone can chime in on this. While they are supposedly working on a wireless solution, like the Live Deck, even wired would be better than 5 guys looking over your shoulder.
Some of our guys have drones that are capable of live streaming across the internet, so anybody can log in and watch over their phone, in car computer, whatever. Autel needs to work on staying up with their competition.

yah, evo ii has it too, and i tried that before i picked up the live deck with 5 meter hdmi cable.. initially with a small 2 meter... that was a disaster!!

but you will... as did i.... as probably all of us would, forget the HDMI cable is tethering you to the tv and walk around or in circles tracking VLOS, or others walking into it effectively trying to yank the controller out of your hands due to the wow factor that they are seeing from the drones thermal camera, it happened almost every time i used the hdmi cable..

I had thought about that, my plan was to sit in a chair right next to the monitor to keep the cable out of the way. Sadly, the VLOS spotters never seem to do their jobs, they're the ones looking over your shoulder to watch the IR screen. I usually want one person able to watch a monitor, as a lot of what I do is in a city and I don't know the cities as well since I work for the county. The lack of ability to cast to phones and computers so far means mine will be the last Autel we buy. I know there's a way to do it over YouTube, but I've looked at videos and it seems very complicated for something that needs to be done in just a few minutes.

the youtube process is actually very simple, ive used it a few times till i got the live deck

if i remember correctly, ( its been a while)

ofcoarse the controller is connected to the hot spot on your phone or a wifi connection :) ...

on the main page of your youtube ( logged in) click YOUR VIDEOS, then LIVE, go thru the "GET STARTED" set up process, and youtube will provide you with an RTMP URL and security key that you input into the controller and it stays there, doesnt change, that links the controller to youtube for streaming, after the initial setup all you to do after that is click the little check box on youtube next to the controller link it provided you and your viewing live..

if you can get thru the setup process.. youre home free.. took me 15-20 minutes cause i too was kinda "huh wtf" about all that back then..
