For those who have been struggling with wrong temperatures I got a new file from Autel Pilots.

GOD NEWS Thanks to Luzy and the engineers at Autel pilots the problem is solved. Please see picture, the ambient temperature is 19C celcius and the sun is shining on my roof. I have asked for permission to store the new file and share it on this forum

Update. I have contact with support, I have made a video that explain the problem. I just got the message that they have send al my information to the engineer's. I hope we get an answer latest Friday. It is fair to say that they have bean very responsive to me.

And finally I did send a JPG file to the Flir team, They couldn't use the file either. I have done my part, now it is time for Autel to react and fix the problem.

I did download a demo of Sense Themo converter so that I could read the exif from the tiff file. And the same numbers come up but it read the temp as Kelvin. I am very convinced this is a bug in the firmware. The controler shows correct celcius dregres, but the JPG file is empty. As e.g...

I get very grained pictures. In auto and manual mode for the Max and DNG photos in 8K and 4K. Combined with the wrong temperature at IRPC I now consider to deliverer back the drone with in the 30 days return policy. 4500 euros is a lot of money for me, just to waste. I cannot fulfill the...

Same here, the IR PC Tool was one of my deal brakers :(

I have tried the the IR PC tool on 3 different computers and the result is the same my firmware for the drone is V50590, maybe the problem is there. I also wrote a message on WhatsApp to Autel about the problem

Hello Svenf Thanks for your feedback. I have tried too uninstall and install the software again, but with same result. If i change to Kelvin or Fahrenheit the number becomes twice as big. But how do you import the Tiff and irg files. I have only the possibility to import JPG files

Hello All I have been flying for some years now, and got my first Autel Evo II V3, and already when I unbox the Evo, it was love at first sight. Still learning, the Evo to know. The smart controller is amazing.
