your best bet might be to show your model version and the number of the firmware update you have and see if anyone still has a earlier version. Have you looked for a menu item to reset it to factory default, it is a long shot but worth looking for it??

You will have to import all the clips into your video editing software and then put them on the timeline one at a time. and then you can export it as a single video

if you used the wrong propeller it might or if the arm is not opening up correctly. can you post a picture from the top with all 4 arms extended, that might show something plus we could see all 4 propellers at the same time.

If you look at the center of the props you should see some arrows for lock and unlock.

It would help if you told us what model you have. I would imagine that you have 2 styles of props so if you are running 3 of one and just 1 of the other that might effect your flight.

Looked on Autel's support page and I think your correct version is V1.8.2.237. The previous update was release date of 04.24.2024 which has a firmware version of V1.7.0.149. I just don't see a way to download it from here so you may have to call them and have them send you the link...

you dont need to convert to JPG, just change the JPEG to JPG. Just right click on the file name and select re-name and make the change

try renaming the first file to JPG. some systems don't recognize JPEG. are you using windows?
