Pb with Firmware EVO2

Hi everyone,
Last year, I had to send the remote control of my EVO2-V1 drone to the technical services AUTEL to change the USBmini port which was out of order. Since I got the drone back, it's now another problem I'm experiencing: Can't change the camera's movement speed, even when changing the speed settings! And here is Autel's answer to solve my problem: Hello "Thank you for your patience, Your device model is the EVO II V1, a discontinued and unsupported model. Unfortunately, we no longer provide firmware updates or application support for this model, and we have no parts available for repairs, making it impossible to resolve this issue." So I have to rust myself alone!
Is there a solution to put the drone back with its firmware so that I can update and fix my problem? Thank you for your help.

No one has any clue. Be specific in what firmware you need and what remote you have.

My drone is an EVO2.
I can't update it since it seems I have the latest version!

I want to reload the factory firmware to fix my problem, but how can I do this, please?
Has this problem never occurred before?

your best bet might be to show your model version and the number of the firmware update you have and see if anyone still has a earlier version.

Have you looked for a menu item to reset it to factory default, it is a long shot but worth looking for it??
