How many pins are on that multi-charger? Is it 10? If so, does that Multi-Charger with 10 pins charge the Evo battery that has more than 10 pins?

I purchased the Mavic multicharger you linked above but noticed that the number of connector pins on the Mavic charger is less than the number of pins on the Autel Evo charger. Are you sure that Amazon charger, with less number of pins, will correctly charge the Evo batteries?

You could try using a data backup app such as Helium. It requires basic knowledge of using adb. After creating a data backup of the Autel Explorer app using Helium, you would copy the backed up data to another phone, launch Helium from the other phone, and choose data restore.

Did Autel say how many batteries and/or remote controller is supported? I'm about to purchase a multicharger for the Mavic Pro but I would rather wait and buy the official Autel one.

After launching the Autel Explorer app, did you wait 1 to 2 minutes at the welcome screen? It takes a while before the update notice pops up.
