Uninstalled the Autel Explorer app and reinstalled. Now the password is gone along with all my previous flight records. Fortunately not many flights under my belt yet. Is there a way to get them back or does it even matter? MCss454

I had the same issue the other day when out flying. Controller still worked but lost connection to the phone. Shutdown the entire system and restarted went fine after that. Had Do Not Disturb and Airplane mode turned on. Turned off the "do not disturb" and no further issues so far.

Just make sure the 3rd party selling it is authorized by Autel on their web site. I purchased mine from an Amazon 3rd party listed on the Autel website and had no trouble registering the Autel Care product. Getting the new controller from Advexure. Just waiting for it to ship.
