Still no response….
Beyond frustrated
It has been a few weeks since I contacted Autel regarding my gimbal not working.
CRICKETS!!
If I just mail it in to be fixed instead
Of waiting for them to respond, where do I send it and what need to be included
Nano+ gimbal stuck and unresponsive. It calibrates fine but then ends up in a slanted position and unresponsive.
IMU and compass calibration and gimbal calibration 3x but nothing works.
Is it a firmware issue??
Emailed Autel twice but no reply
