    Do any.of you actually like the Nano+?

    I have two Nano+ drones. They bounce around in the wind, but the video is rock solid. Nice quality video and still images. The Sky app sometimes has some hiccups though, but still maintains control.

    An update on phone service and the tech support/customer service department:

    Curious. I have had to contact Autel customer service several times and in each case received a response within a few days. The hardware issues were always resolved however some software issues with the Lite+ took longer.

    I don't know what some others are whining about. I have had to deal with Autel Customer Support on several issues and each time, they get back within a day or two. The repairs have been turned around within two weeks. Maybe I am lucky or maybe I just treat them politely.

    New Autel lite plus firmware

    The Apple App store (iOS version) updated the Sky app late yesterday afternoon and the upgrade for the Nano+ completed normally. Will try the Lite+ today.

    I have several Autel and DJI drones and while there have been minor issues with both brands, support from Autel has always come through. DJI support has also been good. Some people whine about Autel support, but I suspect they start the support request with a bad attitude and then wonder why...
