you have a contract with your distributor whom you purchased the device from. They are responsible for the repair. üdv.
*edit: I'm not an autel fanboy, sold my Autel uas and bought a dji instead. it was a good decision
let me check what kind of extra regulations are for me to take care if I would send it outside of the EU. I'll get back to you soon. In the meantime I suggest you doing the same research regarding the import taxes you need to pay. Let's continue it in private

Asked them a couple of times, they said the certification is "in progress" - no info on which uas are "in progress" and when it's going to be done.
I'm not holding my breath, I've already accepted the fact that I have to dish out 5k for a new DJI M3E in January.

Hi, get back to me in January - should Autel not give the EASA C2 certification to mine, I will have to sell it (V2 RTK model, 5 batteries, almost new). I'm based in Austria.
