Hello! One of my Autel Evo II Pro batteries refuses to charge. It shows as charging (the lights cycle up as usual) but the moment it's off the charger it is completely dead. Tried the multi-charge Hub (both modes) and directly to the wall-plug charger. Thoughts?

Using iOS and Autel Explorer 1.4.18 Only one flight I've ever made has been logged in the Fight Records list. As it happened it's the second flight I ever made. No flights since then have appeared in the records list. I've tried deleting the app and re-installing: that log is the only one...
