The update did seem to get stuck several times, but it was really just taking a long time. Near the end an animated android icon came up and that lasted maybe ten minutes. Eventually it restarted the controller and the update was complete.

I believe the OP is talking about getting video out of the SE controller that comes with the Lite Enterprise series. The document you posted is for the larger V.3 unit. The SE doesn't have an HDMI port, the V.3 does.

Change them to something useful for searching, or at least put them in identifiable folders named using dates and/or project names or whatever will be useful for you to find the footage you're looking for down the line.
