The Explorer app is only made for Android and IOS.

You could try and use something like bluestack and emulate Android, but don't know if connecting the remote will get you a live feed.

I don't see that working. I used bluestack and nox and it doesn't detect any usb. I also tried using my android headunit in the truck but nothing happened when I plugged in the RC.
Maybe install a VM with android and enable usb.
