Warning to all EVO II Enterprise Drone Owners - The propellers offered on Autel's website are NOT for the EVO II Enterprise

This is similar to another discussion from a year ago but i wanted to be sure that everyone knows.

Autel's website (and shops on Amazon and ebay) all list the EVO II propellers as being compatible with ALL EVO II drones. This is NOT the case.

The arms on the EVO II Enterprise drones are different and they use longer propellers.

THIS IS NOT DOCUMENTED ON THEIR WEBSITE ANYWHERE.

There is no way to order the EVO II Enterprise propellers from any Autel source except for calling their customer support department and asking for them specifically.

I wonder how many EVO II Enterprise owners have ordered and are using the wrong propellers. If you have purchased non-enterprise propellers for your EVO II Enterperise drone from Autel, I recommend that you call Autel Customer support at +1 (844) 692-8835 to exchange them for the correct propellers.

Anyone selling Autel EVO II propellers is selling the shorter propellers unless they specifically say they are for the Enterprise drones.

I have been told by Autel Customer Support that they will be adding a seperate listing for the EVO II Enterprise propellers to their webiste.

This also applies to the Propeller Protectors sold on Autel's website (and Amazon, eBay, etc.). Due to the aforementioned differences in the arms, these will also not fit the EVO II Enterprise drones.

I appreciate your frustrating experience. I have successfully purchased the different Autel-manufactured props for the EVO II Pro & 8K and EVO II Enterprise versions on Amazon as well as directly from Autel's store over the past few years. As you have learned, you must be careful to confirm the Enterprise model version versus the non-enterprise Pro/8K version propellers, regardless of retail channel.

When I asked Autel yesterday (13-Feb-2024) they agreed it wasn't on the website and they were going to add it as my comment made sense.

Also, the Propeller Protector for the EVO II on the website does not work on the enterprise version.

My point exactly. It says compatible with all EVO II but it doesn't say that the EVO II Enterprise is not an EVO II as far as compatibility goes. The purpose of my message was to inform people of potential confusion and to keep them from making the same mistake I did.
