WANTED : EVO or DJI without geofencing

I am looking to get into casual videography as a hobby. I've been reading a bit and want to avoid the geofencing issue whether that's with a hacked drone or a drone that has old firmware, especially since I live relatively close to both a prison and an airport.
Would an evo 1 automatically avoid this problem? How about an evo 2 if I don't upgrade the firmware?
Any information would be very appreciated, thank you.

Autel drones do not currently restrict any flight in the US. There are various methods to get by DJI's geo-fencing depending on the model. But it can be cumbersome.
