USB cord

I lost the cord that came with my drone. What type USB was it, and how long do I need?

USB to mini USB. 12 inches from the port to a tablet is long enough , they probably don't make them that short. I have my excess coiled up and tied with a zip tie .

I've seen those on Amazon...but I've tried the cord that comes with Samsung phones and it didn't communicate with the app (although it works fine for data transfer to a PC). So I'm not sure if there's a certain spec for the micro USB cable.
