Unable to calibrate IMU

Hello all, On my Lite+ it is asking me to perform the IMU calibration. it is failing every time on step 5. Would anyone have any ideas on next steps. I have just put in the 1.1.4 firmware as well. but it was failing on the older firmware as well.
