Today Was MY Canadain Turkey Day

Single dad of a 13 year old. He spends 3 days a week with me and the rest of the time with his mom. Canadian Thanksgiving was last Monday but he was at his moms. So today I smoked the turkey and we are going to have some Awesome turkey and fixings. Used my Pit barrel cooker for the cook. Best chicken and turkey cooker ever.
