Software Update?

Connected smart controller to WiFi to update system. progress wheel just spins and spins searching for an update. Have rebooted and restarted. Any ideas on what to try next?

could be on the network side of things and not the smart controller. What type of wifi are you connected to. Have you tried something different, like hotspot your phone?
